Operating instructions
1. Connect a 220V, 50HZ AC power supply;
If the air supply and exhaust filters of the equipment fail to meet the specified requirements, the equipment will sound and light an alarm, prompting the user to immediately replace the filter to protect their safety;
3. Press the power button, and the pressure difference display defaults to the supply air pressure difference, with a value of zero;
After pressing the power button, other function keys can only be used: lighting, heating and insulation, fan, air volume adjustment, and display content switching.
5. Before dispensing, turn on the dispensing cabinet fan to purify the air for 30 minutes. After purifying the dispensing room, proceed with the dispensing operation;
6. Clarity Light Test Method: When performing a light test on the clarity of the drug solution, invert the bottle containing the drug solution under a light without illuminating the bottle. Use a white lining to observe the dark impurities in the drug solution, and then illuminate the bottle with a light. Use a matte black lining to observe the light colored impurities in the drug solution. If any abnormal phenomena such as turbidity, sedimentation, crystallization, or discoloration are found during the dispensing process, the operation should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and resolved before continuing;
7. The temperature displayed on the control panel is the gas temperature at the measuring point of the temperature sensor, not the temperature of the liquid medicine in the bottle. Generally, the liquid medicine in the bottle can reach 30~37 ℃ when the control panel displays 30~35 ℃ after it is put into the heating incubator to be heated for 2~4 hours. Therefore, the liquid medicine to be prepared should be put into the heating incubator Negage 2~4 hours before the dispensing operation.
8. Please confirm whether the patient needs to use heated medication, or whether the patient's condition is suitable for using heated medication.
Please confirm if the drug can be heated without causing any quality changes.


matters needing attention
Before connecting to the AC power supply, ensure that the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the input voltage of the dispensing cabinet and stable, and ensure that the rated load of the power socket is not less than this requirement; This dispensing cabinet uses a grounding plug, which has a third pin and can only be used with a grounded power socket. This is a safety device. If the plug cannot be inserted into the socket, an electrician should be asked to install a grounded power socket;
2. During the use of the equipment, do not place soft or delicate items (such as soft tissue) on the countertop to prevent them from being sucked into the negative pressure air duct and fan by the suction port, which may affect the operation of the equipment;
3. Avoid vibration: Try to avoid the use of vibrating instruments (such as centrifuges, vortex oscillators, etc.) inside the cabinet, as vibration can shake off particulate matter accumulated on the filter membrane, resulting in a decrease in the cleanliness of the operating room. At the same time, if the balance on the front operating surface fails, it will also cause contamination of the dispensing cabinet to the operator;
4. Prohibition of open flames: Open flames are prohibited in the dispensing cabinet! During the use of open flames, it can cause disordered airflow in the dispensing cabinet and damage the filter. During the experiment, high-temperature disinfection and sterilization are required, and it is strongly recommended to use an infrared sterilizer;
5. High efficiency filters have a lifespan. With the extension of their lifespan, the accumulation of dust and bacteria in the filter can lead to an increase in pressure loss of the high efficiency filter. When the pressure increases to an alarm sound, it is necessary to contact our company's service department in a timely manner to replace the high efficiency filter, otherwise it will affect the safety performance of the equipment. The replaced filter should be disposed of as medical waste.
6. The fan and its lower steel plate are static pressure box covers, and the rear side door is a negative pressure air duct baffle. These air ducts have undergone strict sealing treatment before leaving the factory, and their sealing properties must be maintained. The operator must not loosen or remove the screws of these components. If there is a special need, it must be handled by our company's service personnel;
7. The grille near the front of the countertop is used for air intake. When operating the dispensing cabinet, do not block the grille as it will affect the airflow of the dispensing cabinet. Suggest using a hand rest to solve this problem and reduce wrist fatigue for operators;
8. The total weight of all items hanging on the hook should not exceed 5kg;
9. The storage period of the equipment is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it must be unpacked and inspected by our company's technical personnel once, and can only be used after passing the inspection.
